Christina Belter
Christina began her dance training at age six with Columbia Dance in Vancouver, WA, performing lead roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker and Odette in Swan Lake, and participating annually in Regional Dance America festivals. She has also attended summer intensives with Oregon Ballet Theatre, State Street Ballet, Long Beach Ballet, and Utah Regional Ballet. Continuing her dance training at Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, she had the opportunity to work intensively with guest choreographers such as Michael Vernon and William Whitener, artistic director of Kansas City Ballet. Both Alan Hineline and Nilas Martins, former principal dancer of New York City Ballet, selected her to perform soloist roles in their original ballets. In May 2008, Christina received her Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College, graduating summa cum laude, with honors in Biological Sciences. She was also elected into the Phi Beta Kappa society for academic excellence. Christina's dual goals are to help find cures for the diseases that plague our world and to become a professional ballerina. |

Jocelyn Bowman
After receiving the majority of her training from ECB, Jocelyn was accepted as a trainee and spent a year dancing with the Richmond Ballet. Performing with the Richmond Ballet, she had the opportunity to dance the Russian Lead in Serenade. She has also performed soloist roles such as Dew Drop, Sugarplum Fairy and Bluebird from “Sleeping Beauty” . Jocelyn has also studied with Ballet Austin, Jillana School, Houston Ballet, and Whitman College Summer Dance Lab. |

Erika Klein
Erika started dancing at the Evergreen City Ballet in 2001. She has also studied at Metropolitan Ballet in Tacoma, at Suzanne Farrell and spent three years in the Professional Division at Pacific Northwest Ballet. There she performed as a guest Apprentice in The Nutcracker , Midsummer Night's Dream, Firebird, Sleeping Beauty, Jewels and Swan Lake to mention just a few. Last year Erika studied as an Apprentice with Oregon Ballet Theatre and performed in The Nutcracker, The Concert, Four Temperments and Sleeping Beauty . She has attended summer programs at the Houston Ballet, School of American Ballet, Joffrey and American Ballet Theatre all in
New York. |

Tessa Olmstead
Starting with the Evergreen City Ballet when she was twelve, Tessa went on to train with Pacific Northwest Ballet before joining ECB as a Company Member this year. She has also trained with the International School of Classical Ballet (ISCB) and various summer programs including PNB, School of American Ballet, San Francisco Ballet and the National Ballet School of Canada among others. Tessa has also performed as the Russian Doll in “The Nutcracker” and a Villager Soloist in ISCB's “ Dracula” . |

Shalina Baldwin
Shalina has danced with the Performance Division for two years. She has had the opportunity to study with several prestigious schools including Oregon Ballet Theatre, Ballet Chicago, North Carolina School of the Arts, Boston Ballet and Joffrey Ballet. Before dancing with ECB, Shalina received the majority of her training with Pacific Northwest Ballet. She has performed many soloist roles such as Polish Princess in “Swan Lake” , Blue Fairy soloist in “Cinderella” and Arabian Lead in “The Nutcracker” . |

Charmaine Butcher
This is Charmaine's second year in the Performance Division and her sixth year with the Evergreen City Ballet. She has attended ECB's Summer Intensive Program for the last five years. Charmaine has danced several soloist roles including Clara and Marzipan Lead in “The Nutcracker” as well as the Pas de Trois from “Swan Lake”. |

Rachel Clark
Rachel has danced with ECB for four years and this is her second year in the Performance Division. Rachel spent one summer with the Jillana School in Taos, New Mexico and with ECB's Summer Intensive. Rachel danced the featured role of Arabian Doll and Spanish Lead in “The Nutcracker” . |

Gabrielle Danson
Gabrielle has danced with Evergreen City Ballet for four years. She was also involved with Evergreen City Ballet Summer Intensive program within those four years. This is her second year in the performance division. She recently danced with Auburn Dance Academy and was lead Sugar Plum Fairy in their winter production. Gabrielle, as well, is dancing at Pacific Northwest Ballet in their outreach program called REACH! |

Ana Luiza Douthwaite
Marking her third season with the Performance Division, Ana Luiza has danced many different roles including Russian Lead in “The Nutcracker” and a Swan in “Swan Lake”. She has also trained in summer programs with The Rock School, ECB, and Cornish College of the Arts.

Kayla Engle
This is Kayla's first season as a Performance Division member. She has danced with ECB for three years and has danced in summer programs with Pacific Northwest Ballet, School of Richmond Ballet and the Evergreen City Ballet Summer Intensive. Kayla has been featured as the Russian Doll in “The Nutcracker” and had the opportunity to co-choreograph for this year's Young Choreographers Showcase. |

Joanna Farmer
This is Joanna's second year as a Performance Division student. She has also trained with the Evergreen City Ballet's Summer Intensive Program for the last two years. Her performance experience includes dancing as the Chinese Lead in “The Nutcracker” and as one of the Four Little Swans in “Swan Lake”.

Claire Flemming
This is Claire's 2nd year with the Evergreen City Ballet. She has also attended ECB's Summer Intensive Program. Claire has danced the Spanish soloist role in The Nutcracker in addition to a featured role in Mr. Kaiser's original work, At the Club.

Laura Foley
Laura has danced with ECB for five years and the last two have been with the Performance Division. She has danced the role of Clara and Marzipan Lead in “The Nutcracker” and Hungarian Princess and Little Swans in “Swan Lake”. Laura has also attended summer programs at Whitman College, Walnut Hill, Saratoga Springs Dance Intensive and ECB's Summer Intensive Program for

Marissa Fraser
Marissa has been with ECB for 6 years. This is her first season joining the Performance Division. Her past roles have included Spanish and Arabian Doll as well as Clara is The Nutcracker. Marissa has also attended the Evergreen City Ballet's Summer Intensive Program.

Allison Montgomery
This is Allison's second year in the Performance Division and she has been with ECB for eleven years. She has danced several soloist roles including Clara, Chinese Doll and Marzipan Lead in “The Nutcracker” . Allison also had the opportunity to dance in Summer Intensives with American Ballet Theatre in Orange County, Ballet Magnificat and Oregon Ballet Theatre. |

James Pfleger
James is 15 years old and is a sophomore in High School. This is his first year dancing with the Evergreen City Ballet. Previously, James trained with the Pacific Northwest Ballet School for 7 years. He has also attended San Francisco Ballet School on scholarship for the past 3 summers. James enjoys playing water polo in the summer and remains diligent in school maintaining his 4.0 GPA. |

Luke Pfleger
This is Luke's first season dancing with the Evergreen City Ballet. He started dancing with Pacific Northwest Ballet and performed in several productions including , “The Nutcracker”, “Sleeping Beauty” and excerpts from “ A Midsummer Night's Dream”. Luke also studies privately with Deborah Hadley, former Principal Dancer with PNB in addition to classes with ECB. He has also been included in the Prism Program that works with students who excel academically. |

Erin Stevens
Erin has been part of the Evergreen City Ballet for thirteen years and part of the Performance Division for the last 5 years. She has attended summer intensives at Ballet Austin and Houston Ballet in addition to ECB's Summer Intensive Program. Erin has had the opportunity to dance many featured roles including Sugar Plum Fairy and Marzipan Lead in “The Nutcracker”, Italian Princess in “Swan Lake” and one of the soloist roles in “ Fix You” . |
