Why Evergreen City Ballet’s Summer Intensive Program?

  • ECB offers both an affordable and high quality Summer Intensive experience.
  • We have a carefully selected faculty of professional dance instructors. Guest faculty includes current and former professional dancers from throughout the country.
  • ECB offers a diverse and rich curriculum to challenge and inspire students.  Students are encouraged to spread their wings and discover forms of dance in a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
  • Professional accompanists for all ballet classes.
  • ECB offers a three week or six week option.
  • We choose to keep a low student-to-teacher ratio. This allows for more individual attention and a more fulfilling experience for the student.
  • ECB has a brand new state of the art facility offering two 2,500 square foot studios each with a grand piano and sprung floors with professional marley. A retractable wall between the two studios can be opened to create a black box theatre.
  • ECB offers affordable housing within walking distance of the studio, more information to come.
  • Parents are invited on the last day of each session to an informal performance where dancers perform classical variations and get a chance to show off their own choreography.
