BOYS BALLET PROGRAM

Did you know that ballet takes more strength, endurance and training than football, soccer or basketball? It's true! Male ballet dancers have to jump higher, bend and twist faster, and lift more than any of these sports - you imagine lifting 100-lb ballerinas over your head repeatedly! Male ballet dancers are some of the best trained athletes in the world, as well as gifted artists. 

 

And if you are an athlete in a traditional sport and looking for a training edge, there is no better workout for building core and limb strength than ballet. You will build muscles you didn't know you have and that your competitors are ignoring.
