WHAT TO EXPECT
Enjoy a fun-filled evening that supports a great cause. Our emcee and hostess for the evening will be the fabulous Aleksa Manila!!! She will keep us entertained and on-schedule as we work our way through an evening celebrating dance, building community connections, and honoring the history of ECB while pouring into the future of our organization. The event will be small and exclusive, giving everyone the opportunity to "rub shoulders" with some of the Puget Sound's most accomplished artists.
Those purchasing the VIP experience will have access to mingle with both our founding and current Artistic Directors, as well as gain the opportunity to get in early bids for the silent auction items. The staging of the Gala performance promises every seat in the house an encounter with the beauty and legacy of dance offered at our facility.

ABOUT OUR LEGACY FUND
From its humble but visionary beginnings in downtown Auburn, Evergreen City Ballet (ECB) has provided high quality dance education, professional level performances, and a nurturing place for students, families, and community members to flourish. Under the leadership of Founding Artistic Director Wade Walthall (1994-2008), ECB shaped young dancers into successful professionals in the field of dance and beyond, and cultivated a culture of excellence within the communities it served.
Let’s embrace that legacy by supporting what ECB is now and help move it to the future by launching the ECB Legacy Fund.
Our goal is to raise $25,000 — 40% of which goes to a merit-based scholarship fund, 40% goes toward production costs, including the restaging of Wade Walthall’s ballets and supporting new productions, and 20% to updating our facilities such as purchasing student lockers.
We are asking everyone to make a promise in keeping ECB’s legacy alive and realizing a vision to help ECB become a nationally recognized pre-professional ballet school with a studio company.
