School Reminder
A reminder that students or their families should notify ECB of any and all absences prior to class time by calling (425) 228.6800 or emailing the School Principal at principal@evergreencityballet.org. For rehearsal-related absences, please also CC rehearsal@evergreencityballet.org.
Class Schedule Update, Upper Ballet V, VI and PD
It is a performance week here at ECB for many Upper Level dancers. The Wednesday class Schedule is being modified slightly for this week on Wednesday October 23rd. Ballet V, VI and PD will be combined in studio B. Technique class is from 4:30-6:15 PM and all extra curricular classes are canceled. Rehearsals will begin at 6:30.
Elevate Tickets & Volunteers
Below is the sign-up link with the volunteer needs for next week's Elevate production. Per the Elevate Performance Packet, all participating families are required to complete at least 2 volunteer shifts. Thank you in advance for helping to make our student choreography showcase a success!

Parent Guild
Wednesday, October 23rd at 7:30PM on Zoom. This meeting will feature the usual updates, but our main topic for the meeting is “Ballet Class Etiquette” presented by Ms. Denali. She will provide guidance for student/teacher etiquette for all ballet levels. So come to learn or refresh your knowledge about etiquette in ballet classes! Agenda and zoom link will come out the day before.
Auburn Trunk-or-Treat
We are still looking for Volunteers and dancers for Saturday, Oct 26th to help at ECB’s booth. The theme of our booth is Christmas/The Nutcracker. Dancers in Nutcracker costumes will help hand out Nutcracker flyers attached to candy. Elevate & Nutcracker Rehearsals and Information
Elevate
-Dancers, please bring all parts of your costumes to Ms. Debbi on Tuesday. -Choreographers, please make sure that you have your updated Bio to rehearsal@evergreencityballet.org as soon as possible, as the programs will be printed on Wednesday. Please don't forget to prepare your post performance speeches :)

Nutcracker
If your dancer was not at their Party Girl Costume fitting please plan to be at ECB 15 minutes prior to their class on Wednesday, October 23rd. Ms. Debbi will fit your dancers in their costumes then.
Ballet III and down rehearsals are beginning this weekend on Saturday the 26th. ALL LEVELS should be reviewing the rehearsal schedule from this week forward. Please make sure that all dancers are sent to the studio with water bottles and a nut-free snack. For student health and safety, students are not permitted to share snacks.
Party Parent rehearsals will be held on November 4th at 7:30-8:15 PM and on the 7th at 7:45-8:30 PM.
